Natural Beauty Tip # 1 Face mask and cleanser - natural with Yoghurt

You can buy a lot of different face masks and cleansers, but you can find great alternatives in the kitchen. Here's a recipe for a yoghurt mask. It's really good for sunburns too, as it cools the skin.

•1 tbsp  yogurt, room temperature
• 1 tbsp runny honey (microwave for a few minutes to soften hardened honey)
Method of preparation:
Preparation Time: 2 hours
Combine all the mixtures in a bowl, then it on your face. Let the mask stay on face for 15 minutes. Wash your face with steaming wash cloth. Use an extra tbsp of honey for Dry skin. If your skin is oily then add few drops of fresh lime juice.
If your skin is irritated or acne prone try cleansing your face with yoghurt too. It calms the skin.
